Buchanan Home Inspection

Mr. Buchanan exhibited knowledge and customer service beyond expectations. I was trying to get approval of work completed at my home and needed some inspections at the last minute to verify that the work of others was completed according to expectations of me and the loan company. Mr. Buchanan provided a thorough and informative report. I had several request for different reports and he delivered all of them with informative info within a tight timeline, same day. I will recommend and use his company in the near future.

Mr. Bucannon was professional and on time. He is very thorough with his inspections and exceeded my expectations. The report was ready within 2 days of the inspection and very detailed with a lot of pictures and information on his findings. I had a huge hole in my roof that Mr. Buchanan came by to inspect, he was very detailed in explaining to me what I needed to get fixed right away. He was caring of my family’s safety in letting me know that it’s unsafe for my roof to stay unfixed.
